The role emphasizes strong communication, proficiency with CAD tools such as CATIA or Enovia, and a solid grasp of engineering processes and concepts.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• 3+ years of related experience (or equivalent).
• 6+ years preferred (strongly desirable).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CATIA or Enovia platforms.
• Familiarity with design concepts and engineering processes.
• Technical engineering knowledge and comprehension.
• Analytical technical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of engineering product definition.
• Oversee design layouts and modify designs to meet customer and production needs.
• Develop engineering product definitions per company requirements.
• Coordinate development with internal/external partners to meet standards and design parameters.
• Integrate work statements and packages with customers to meet requirements.
• Direct and integrate product definition across partners to deliver a functional end-product.
• Investigate and resolve complex manufacturing or engineering issues.
• Verify accuracy of engineering data produced by others.
