G-III Apparel Group is seeking a Technical Designer to translate design concepts into manufacturable garments for the French Connection brand. You will run fit sessions, communicate with vendors and global offices, and ensure accurate measurements, construction, and flow of information while addressing technical challenges during development and production.
The role requires 4+ years in apparel technical design, strong Illustrator skills, and collaboration across teams.

Location (On-Site): New York City, Midtown Manhattan – Fashion District
Success Profile:
The Technical Designer is responsible for ensuring that design vision is translated into a well-constructed and manufacturable garment that reflects French Connection brand’s esthetics and design integrity. As a member of the Technical Design team, you will conduct fit sessions, communicate fit session to vendors, G-III global offices and work cross-functionally to ensure accuracy of garment measurements, fit, construction details and flow of information while addressing any technical challenges during the development and production process.
The pay range for this position is: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
