Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial architecture/design with focus on project delivery.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3D modeling software.
• Experience with construction documentation/coordination and field observation preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, interior designers, and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver functional, high-quality spaces within the Critical Facilities Practice Area.
• Lead project team coordination for finished plans, specs, and materials; ensure design intent in construction docs.
• Coordinate design with consultant teams and maintain alignment across disciplines.
• Produce accurate technical and contract documentation for construction.
• Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, and address technical issues.
• Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulators to meet project objectives.
• Use 3D software renderings to communicate design concepts.
