Technical Delivery Lead – Data Platform & AI Analytics (Snowflake)

Onsite (US) | Client-Facing | Managed Services

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery across a modern Snowflake-based data platform, with a focus on centralizing business logic, improving data reliability, and enabling AI-driven analytics.

You will combine technical depth, delivery ownership, and client engagement to stabilize current operations while driving forward-looking transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Ownership & Leadership

• Own end-to-end delivery across:
• Data platform operations (Snowflake)
• Enhancements and change requests
• New data and analytics initiatives
• Act as the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes
• Lead coordination across onsite and offshore teams

Data Platform & Architecture (Snowflake-first)

• Drive design and implementation of:
• Scalable data models
• Centralized business logic in Snowflake
• Reliable data pipelines and transformations
• Ensure consistency between:
• Source systems
• Data warehouse
• Downstream reporting tools

BI Modernization & Transition

• Modernize the Qlik dashboards to the data platform
• Define and enforce single source of truth for metrics and KPIs
• Support rationalization and simplification of reporting layers

AI-Driven Analytics & Operations

• Identify and implement opportunities for:
• Data quality monitoring and anomaly detection
• Automated reconciliation and alerting
• AI-assisted analytics and insights
• Work with internal teams to accelerate adoption of AI-enabled delivery models

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary client-facing delivery lead
• Lead governance, status reporting, and stakeholder discussions
• Confidently handle conversations around:
• Data discrepancies and root cause analysis
• Delivery plans, estimates, and priorities
• Build trust through proactive communication and ownership

Enhancements & Planning

• Own enhancement intake, prioritization, and backlog management
• Provide accurate LOE estimates and execution plans
• Drive structured planning for enhancements and new initiatives

Operations & Support Excellence

• Ensure strong incident, problem, and change management
• Drive SLA adherence and operational stability
• Establish clear ownership across teams

Onshore-Offshore Coordination

• Implement effective follow-the-sun delivery model
• Ensure seamless handoffs and collaboration
• Enable offshore teams with clear requirements and business context

Required Experience

• 10 years in data & analytics delivery / data engineering leadership
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Snowflake (data modeling, SQL, pipelines)
• Modern data architectures and ETL/ELT frameworks
• Proven experience in managed services / support environments
• Strong client-facing experience with stakeholder management
• Experience in planning, estimation (LOE), and delivery ownership

Preferred Experience

• Experience in modernizing BI environments
• Exposure to BI tools (Qlik, Power BI, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools such as:
• Snowpipe, Talend, or similar data integration tools
• Experience with AI/ML, data quality frameworks, or automation initiatives
• Experience in life sciences / biopharma domain
