Job Description: Department: Software Engineering Reports to: Director of Software Engineering Employment Type: Full-time, on-site Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Delivery Analyst to support our Software Engineering team throughout the development lifecycle. In this role, you will help translate business needs into clear requirements, maintain project and technical documentation, validate completed work, facilitate Agile processes, and keep delivery activities organized and visible. This position does not own product strategy or technical decisions. Instead, you will work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are complete, work is properly documented and tested, and the team remains aligned from planning through release.
In this role, you will help the Software Engineering team deliver software that is well-defined, properly tested, clearly documented, and aligned with business requirements. Your work will improve delivery visibility, reduce uncertainty, identify issues earlier, and help the team complete releases more predictably. If you enjoy bringing structure to complex projects, asking the questions others may overlook, and helping technical teams deliver high-quality work, we would like to hear from you.
