Job description

Job Description: Department: Software Engineering Reports to: Director of Software Engineering Employment Type: Full-time, on-site Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Delivery Analyst to support our Software Engineering team throughout the development lifecycle. In this role, you will help translate business needs into clear requirements, maintain project and technical documentation, validate completed work, facilitate Agile processes, and keep delivery activities organized and visible. This position does not own product strategy or technical decisions. Instead, you will work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are complete, work is properly documented and tested, and the team remains aligned from planning through release.

What You’ll Do
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify missing information, dependencies, risks, and edge cases before development begins.
  • Maintain accurate technical, process, and feature documentation.
  • Create test cases and validate completed features against their requirements.
  • Document defects clearly and coordinate their resolution and retesting.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Track sprint progress, blockers, risks, dependencies, and incomplete work.
  • Help coordinate software releases and post-release validation.
  • Communicate delivery status and risks to the Director of Software Engineering.
  • Support continuous improvements in planning, documentation, testing, and software delivery.
  • Promote clear communication and alignment between engineering and business stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in technical analysis, quality assurance, Scrum facilitation, project coordination, or software delivery.
  • A solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, documentation, and follow-through.
  • Experience creating requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
  • Ability to identify issues, clarify ambiguity, and coordinate work through resolution.
  • Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Postman, or similar tools.
  • Basic SQL or API-testing knowledge is preferred.
What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will help the Software Engineering team deliver software that is well-defined, properly tested, clearly documented, and aligned with business requirements. Your work will improve delivery visibility, reduce uncertainty, identify issues earlier, and help the team complete releases more predictably. If you enjoy bringing structure to complex projects, asking the questions others may overlook, and helping technical teams deliver high-quality work, we would like to hear from you.
