• Provide technical product recommendations and support using engineering resources.
• Process and expedite customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze orders, backlog, and delivery performance to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Planning, Engineering, and Quality teams.
