Northwestern Medicine seeks a Technical Coordinator MRI-Imaging to lead orientation, training, and ongoing education for the radiology team. You will coordinate equipment maintenance, collaborate with radiologists, and uphold safety and quality standards across imaging modalities.

This position is full-time, 80 hours per pay period, day shift, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, no weekends, no holidays.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school/college of Radiologic Technology.
Graduated from an accredited educational program in radiography or radiation therapy,
Licensure:
State of Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety License (IDNS/IEMA) required for those in Diagnostic
Certification:
CPR BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
Certification based on modality/department:
Certification and registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Radiation Therapy, MagneticResonance Imaging, Sonography or Mammography (clinical and technical competencein mammography to meet MQSA requirements) -OR-
Certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) inSonography or Vascular Technology -OR-
Certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) inNuclear Medicine -OR-
ARMRIT certification.
Experience:
Magnetic resonance, nuclear medicine, or diagnostic medical sonography.
Imaging (xray), CT, Mammography, Interventional Radiology, and Nuclear Medicine.
