French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our Civil/Site Department in Hackettstown, NJ.

The Technical Coordinator will provide administrative and project coordination support to Project Managers and engineering staff working on a variety of civil/site projects. This position will play an important role in keeping projects organized, tracking project information, coordinating deliverables, and supporting communication among internal teams and external project stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, clients, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and other project stakeholders to help ensure project information is accurate, organized, and communicated effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
FPA’s Civil/Site Department provides comprehensive design and permitting services for land development and infrastructure projects. The Technical Coordinator will support the department by helping Project Managers and engineering staff manage the administrative and organizational aspects of their projects.
This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, communicating with a variety of people, maintaining project documentation, and helping project teams stay on track.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement plans. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
The projected compensation range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, education, qualifications, and skill set. FPA recognizes and rewards performance through an annual bonus program.
