Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training or comparable qualification.
- Experience in dealing with visualization systems, ideally in the logistics industry.
- Flexibility with regard to 3-shift work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Confident handling of MS Office and very good knowledge of German.
Responsibilities
- Coordination and processing of technical faults in the control centre.
- Close cooperation with the operational control centre to ensure smooth plant operation.
- Forwarding and specifying fault reports to technicians for rapid rectification.
- Supporting the implementation of new tools and processes.
