Purpose:

Project/Operational Managers or Workstream/Project Leaders apply in-depth knowledge, advanced problem solving skills, and an awareness of internal and client priorities to implement project scope and client objectives. They independently develop conclusions from analyses and apply results to client-specific contexts, defining new approaches to complex challenges within established parameters. They work with greater independence, conferring with managers on complex assignments, leading larger workstreams or projects, and developing internal team members while managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for smaller assignments/projects, including team and client engagement, setting expectations, and driving accountability. Capable of developing case studies and leading multi-office projects.
  • Begin to interface with higher-level clients, manage client relationships, and support account management, building relationships with key decision-makers for future opportunities.
  • Responsible for a portion of project revenue, understanding the impact of successful delivery on current and future revenue.
  • Interface with other workstreams and management, proactively setting priorities for complex, multi-project impacts.
  • Independently analyze and structure complex problems, updating project leads on progress.
  • Broaden scope of conflict resolution and negotiation, influencing organizational direction, and assisting in team development and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate and present complex proposals and reports to senior management, persuading and influencing others, with a participative and cooperative approach.

Qualifications:

What you will bring:

  • Experienced Power engineer, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background.
  • Knowledge of diverse Power technologies and Owner's Engineering Services.
  • Construction or commissioning experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of project scheduling and Primavera outputs.
  • Analytical, flexible, and techno-economic modeling skills.
  • Team player with remote team management abilities.
  • HSE awareness, project budgeting, and proposal drafting skills.
  • Contractual knowledge of project agreements.
