Purpose

Applying in-depth knowledge and advanced problem-solving skills to implement project scope and client objectives. Working independently to develop conclusions and new approaches to complex challenges, leading larger workstreams, and developing client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Accountability for smaller assignments, including team and client engagement, and leading multi-office projects.
  • Interfacing with clients at higher levels and supporting account management and relationship building.
  • Responsible for a portion of project revenue and understanding its impact on overall success.
  • Proactive prioritization in complex, multi-project environments.
  • Breaking down and structuring complex problems independently.
  • Conferring with managers on complex assignments and updating on progress.
  • Beginning to influence organizational direction through conflict resolution and negotiation, and assisting in team development.
  • Communicating complex proposals effectively to senior management and influencing others.
Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • Experienced Power engineer, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background.
  • Cognizant of diverse Power technologies.
  • Experience in Owner's Engineering Services and client management.
  • Construction or commissioning experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling and Primavera.
  • Flexible, analytical, and techno-economic modeling skills are advantageous.
  • Team player with remote team management skills.
  • HSE awareness and project budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and proposal drafting abilities.
  • Knowledge of project contracting.
