Job summary

Cornerstone University is seeking a Technical Certification Consultant to lead development and implementation of technical certifications and assessments across the Cornerstone ecosystem. You will own the full lifecycle from Job Task Analysis to examination blueprint design and ongoing maintenance.

This cross-functional role requires instructional design expertise, psychometrics, project management, and stakeholder collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in assessment question writing or instructional design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across time zones.
• Ability to work autonomously with competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
• 3+ years of LMS experience creating and maintaining learning objects.
• Bachelor's degree and background in HR tech or learning tech.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refresh certifications and assessments.
• Write and review examination items per psychometric standards.
• Own certification projects from inception to completion.
• Document programs, SOPs, and MQC profiles.
• Support customers and partners via Cornerstone Community, email, and ServiceNow.
• Maintain LMS assets and data integrity.
• Manage multiple workstreams across time zones.
• Lead recurring program operations and skill-check cycles.
