Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in test operations, system integration, or hardware builds.
• Experience leading technical projects, including planning and scheduling.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and execution in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• System Build Oversight: Provide technical oversight and guidance throughout system integration and rapid prototyping activities.
• Monitor build progress against schedule, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to delivery.
• Act as a technical advisor to build efforts, resolving integration challenges and providing hands-on troubleshooting support.
• Ensure builds adhere to engineering specifications, drawings, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action for build and test anomalies.
• Drive continuous improvement in test and build processes, tools, and documentation.
