The Technical Business Analyst will be a key contributor to the planning and implementation of IT programs and IT projects. This position requires strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization. This teammate will partner closely with strategy, development, and administrative teams to drive enterprise-wide initiatives. Within a complex, large-scale environment. Working cross-functionally, the Technical Business Analyst will collaborate with IT and key business departments, including Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales, to ensure alignment, deliver value, and support organizational objectives.
The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, processes, and use cases to support the design and implementation of technology solutions. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors, facilitating collaboration, managing requirements, and ensuring software solutions align with both stated business goals and evolving operational needs.
