Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for the Hadoop platform and ETL pipelines.
• Oversee data acquisition processes and methods.
• Develop ingestion pipelines compliant with FD standards and policies.
• Create data marts, custom SQL, and Tableau extracts.
• Create Tableau dashboards, SAS modeling, and data extracts for OIP data consumption.
• Lead operations support team including offshore resources.
• Resolve incidents per defined processes and SLAs.
• Deliver change requests and ensure completion of tasks.
• Address production issues to maintain ETL pipelines.
• Collaborate with Ford Direct hosting, hardware infra, and big data vendors.
• Monitor email alerts; participate in deployments; document Runbooks, SOPs, Jira, Wiki, SVN.
