Java
DB's – MainFrame, SQL, DB2
ETL, BI tools (additional advantage)
BigData
Strong application level knowledge (Horizontal if possi across apps) from an architecture perspective
Design understanding of an architecture
Strong communication skills
Basic knowledge on various tools in ETL, BI etc and DB's if possible
