Santa Clara University seeks a Technical Architect for University Relations to provide technical oversight, design, and development of custom integrations across BBCRM and related systems using the Blackbaud SDK and SQL scripting.
The role collaborates with diverse users to gather requirements, code, test, and maintain integrations, while guiding third‑party tools and data quality improvements. This 3:2 hybrid position reports to the AVP.

Hiring Range: $102,800.00 - 128,560.00 per year. Compensation will be based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Philanthropy Services (AVP), the Technical Architect for University Relations plays a principal role and is responsible for the technical oversight, design, and development of custom elements for integrations with multiple software systems throughout the division. This position will work with technical and non-technical users to understand the requirements, write code within the Blackbaud SDK for use in customization of the BBCRM application, script and execute SQL to maintain/improve data quality, collaborate in design decisions and code repository maintenance, and will provide guidance and technical support for integrations with third‑party systems.
This position is eligible for a remote or flexible work schedule: 3:2 hybrid - work from office and home.
