Job summary

IT Looking Glass LLC seeks a Technical Architect for a permanent, full-time position in Maryland, MO. You will analyze user requirements, develop software architecture, prepare technical documents, and lead data mapping and design efforts.

The role involves production implementation, status reporting, and building data management and BI applications using Java/J2EE and multiple technologies such as Cognos, Informatica, SSIS, SSAS, T-SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Markit EDM and Erwin.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field; foreign equivalent accepted.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years relevant IT experience accepted.
• Minimum 1 year of progressively responsible work experience in job offered or Software Engineer/Programmer/Systems Analyst.
• Any suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable.
• The term suitable means substantial compatibility with stated requirements and ability to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and develop software architecture.
• Prepare technical documents, data mapping and design.
• Production implementation and status reporting.
• Develop, implement and test complex data management, data mapping, data warehousing, integration, and BI applications.
• Work on projects using multiple technologies such as Cognos, Informatica, SSIS, SSAS, T-SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Markit EDM and Erwin.
