Qualifications

• 15 years of IT experience with 10 years in data architecture, data engineering and analytics.
• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience covering Lakehouse, OneLake, Data Pipelines, Delta Tables, SQL Database/Warehouse and Medallion Architecture.
• 8+ years of Azure Data Platform and Cloud Architecture experience including governance, security, scalability and performance optimization.
• 8+ years of Microsoft Fabric experience across Pipelines, Lakehouse, OneLake, Delta Tables, SQL Database/Warehouse and Medallion Architecture.
• 10+ years of Azure Cloud Architecture experience including data integration and security.
• 8+ years of SQL and Python development; data quality, governance, reconciliation and intake control frameworks.
• 10+ years designing enterprise data platforms and layered architectures (Raw, Standardized, Curated).
• 5+ years in historical data retention, auditability, including SCD Type 2 and versioning.
• 5+ years in Master Data Management (MDM) and survivorship rules.
• 3+ years with Azure AI Document Intelligence (Form Recognizer) or equivalent.
• 5+ years designing HIPAA/PHI-compliant healthcare data platforms with privacy controls.
• Strong client-facing architecture leadership driving architecture decisions.

Job description

• 15 years of IT experience, including 10 years in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, and Analytics
• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience (Mandatory) covering Lakehouse, OneLake, Data Pipelines, Delta Tables, SQL Database/Warehouse, and Medallion Architecture
• 8+ years of Azure Data Platform and Cloud Architecture experience, including integration, governance, security, scalability, and performance optimization
• 8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience including Pipelines, Lakehouse, OneLake, Delta Tables, SQL Database/Warehouse, and Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
• 10+ years of Azure Cloud Architecture experience, including data integration, governance, security, scalability, and performance optimization
• 8+ years of hands-on SQL and Python development experience; Data Quality, Data Governance, Reconciliation, and Intake Control frameworks
• 10+ years of experience designing enterprise data platforms and layered architectures (Raw, Standardized, Curated)
• 5+ years of experience designing historical data retention and auditability solutions, including record versioning, change tracking, SCD Type 2, and full history preservation
• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), record matching, deduplication, entity resolution, and survivorship rules.
