We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our team supporting a federal government client. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale Salesforce systems, ensuring that technical solutions align with business needs while maintaining the highest standards of security, performance, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

1. Define the system architecture for large-scale Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and government regulations.
2. Enforce security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies.
3. Ensure system scalability, high availability, and performance optimization.
4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
5. Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend adoption strategies to enhance system functionality and performance.
6. Oversee DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment strategies to ensure smooth and efficient releases.
7. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and design effective technical solutions.

Requirements:

1. US Citizenship
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3. At least 10 years of experience in technical architecture, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations.
4. At least one active Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect).
5. Proven experience in system design, security, performance, and scalability.
6. Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
