Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Web Performance Architect to own end-to-end assessment and optimization of product listing pages, driving improvements in Core Web Vitals and overall user experience. The role focuses on analyzing performance, prioritizing opportunities, and guiding implementations to achieve measurable benefits.

The candidate should bring deep expertise in front-end performance engineering, React-based architectures, and modern tooling to deliver scalable improvements

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years overall with 5+ years focused on front-end performance engineering and architecture.
• B.Tech or 4-year college / university degree with a relevant post-graduate qualification from premier institution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Core Web Vitals including LCP, CLS, and INP.
• Profile React rendering, hydration, and runtime performance.
• Assess JavaScript bundle size, code splitting, lazy loading, and asset delivery.
• Identify CDN, caching, API, and server-side bottlenecks impacting user experience.
• Quantify expected savings from optimization opportunities.
• Drive implementation of performance improvements.
• Establish performance monitoring and governance using tools such as Lighthouse, SpeedCurve, and Dynatrace.
