Job summary

C Ti CRM in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Technical Analyst/SME ABM to provide specialized C3ISR and Air Battle Management support for joint and multinational exercises. The role requires at least 3 years of tactical operations experience and a TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility.

As Assistant Team Chief, you will assist with planning, coordination, and execution, while conducting technical assessments and contributing to after-action reviews to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in listed field conducting tactical C3ISR and Air Battle Management operations.
• Experience supporting joint and multinational exercises; RF exercises experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and analytical support for Air Battle Management and C3ISR operations, ensuring seamless integration of tactical, planning, and logistical elements for RF exercises.
• Conduct specialized C3ISR and Air Battle Management support for joint and multinational exercises, applying at least three years of experience in tactical operations and mission execution.
• Serve as Assistant Team Chief, supporting the Team Chief with planning, coordination, team oversight, and exercise execution activities.
• Conduct technical assessments of C3ISR and Air Battle Management systems, procedures, timelines,
• Assist with preparation of mission planning materials, operational briefs, logs, checklists, and data products required for exercise execution.
• Contribute to after-action reviews, analyzing mission outcomes, C3ISR integration, command-and-control effectiveness, and recommended improvements.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Training and Experience

• 3 years’ experience in listed field conducting tactical C3ISR and Air Battle Management operations supporting joint and multinational exercises. C3I taskings will support joint, planning and logistical support for RF exercises.
• Worked in Specialty Codes USAF –13BX.

Security Clearance

Must possess and maintain a Top-Secret clearance, with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility.
