Job summary
SURVICE Engineering is seeking a Technical Specialist in Arlington, VA to support our Washington Area Operations. The role involves providing technical evaluation and analysis for US Navy S&T investments and developing data collection plans for experimentation events. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Engineering and have over 10 years of experience. Additional qualifications include strong communication skills and the ability to produce technical reports. The position requires a TOP SECRET US Government security clearance.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Material, or Industrial Engineering or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
Ability to provide technical evaluation and analysis of ONR Global Program’s S&T investments.
Demonstrated knowledge of Experimentation Planning and Operations Research methods.
Responsibilities
Develop the Data Collection and Analysis Plan (DCAP) for all Technology Operational Experimentation Events.
Conduct technical evaluation and cost/benefit analysis of proposed technology.
Represent the E&A Team project priorities at planning sessions and meetings.
