Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an IT/OT Site Lead in Kansas to plan and oversee manufacturing IT/OT projects, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements in biopharma manufacturing environments.

You will support hardware/software, align lab systems with standards, and serve as a data steward for the site CMDB, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT/OT in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration).
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology.
• Strong business acumen and executive rapport; out-of-the-box thinking.
• Organizational savvy across cross-geography relationships.
• Experience with Modernization/Digitization (IoT) and biopharma manufacturing systems.

• Ensure manufacturing and lab solutions align with GAHM IT standards and strategy.
• Deliver user-centric outcomes in daily operations, projects, and product teams, including training and communications.
• Develop domain expertise in key Manufacturing and Quality business processes, systems, and data.
• Apply systems lifecycle and IT processes/methods to deliver process integration solutions.
• Ensure operational stability, maintenance, performance, and compliance of production products/applications.

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED required.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years progressive IT and/or OT experience in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration).
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology.
• Strong business acumen and rapport with peers/executives; out-of-the-box thinking.
• Organizational savvy managing cross-expertise/geography/culture relationships.
• Experience with Modernization/Digitization (e.g., IoT) and integration/management of biopharma manufacturing systems.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• SDLC; GxP-regulated environment.
