Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or IT; or 3+ years enterprise-wide software support in lieu of degree.
Minimum 2+ years in enterprise-wide software support with knowledge of SDLC.
Knowledge of enterprise-wide applications and software platforms.
Experience with SaaS and enterprise-wide systems.
Experience in configuring and setting up various enterprise-wide applications.
Familiarity with security designs for technology solutions.
Experience in database management and maintenance.
Ability to develop custom queries using query/reporting tools.
Knowledge of data management best practices and data quality controls.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Job description

The Technical Analyst role is responsible for providing support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications necessary for the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activities. The incumbent will work closely across technical teams to ensure software systems are running efficiently with minimal downtime. The incumbent will provide configuration, set up, and updates to the applications, ensuring that data is entered into established tables, fields, and system databases with the highest level of accuracy. The incumbent will be expected to assist with the development of queries and build reports utilizing query and flexible reporting tools to facilitate business management decisions. The role will document and provide suggestions to management concerning changes in applications development, maintenance and system standards to optimize performance and mitigate potential risk with the ability to analyze various metrics to monitor performance and provide insights to management. They will provide basic support for training users on the applications and setting up user access. They will facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to provide support for enterprise-wide applications.

WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO:

Support team with software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications by assisting in developing andidentifying design considerations and business impacts needed for configuration

Research and propose approaches to define governance standards and processes for data input, structures, andstorage mechanisms

Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams within the organization, to ensure the integration andinteroperability of enterprise-wide systems
Facilitate collaboration with client stakeholders and external vendors to provide support for enterprise-wideapplications

This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. In lieu of a degree, at least 3years of experience in enterprise-wide software support
2+ years of experience in enterprise-wide software support with in-depth knowledge of softwaredevelopment methodologies
Knowledge of enterprise-wide applications and software platforms
Experience with software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide systems
Experience in configuring and setting up various enterprise-wide applications
Familiarity with applying security designs and principles to technology-based business solutions
Experience in database management and maintenance
Ability to develop custom queries using query and reporting tools
Knowledge of data management best practices and quality control processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams andexternal vendors
Must be at least (18) eighteen years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without now or in the future requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM) principles, including experience with Stibo STEP or similar enterprise data management platforms.
Experience working with data models, hierarchies, classifications, workflows, and integrations to support enterprise data governance, data quality, and information distribution.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies, applications, and business processes, including interpreting complex technical documentation and applying concepts to business and technical solutions.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience identifying root causes, resolving application issues, and recommending improvements to system performance and data quality.
Demonstrated ability to analyze business and technical requirements, evaluate alternative solutions, and make sound recommendations in support of business objectives.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and external vendors to implement, enhance, and support enterprise solutions.
Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, and/or Oracle
