Job summary

Markesman Group in Columbia, MD seeks a Technical Advisor DAG Support Lead with active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph to lead policy coordination, operational planning, and cross‑functional teams.

You will review documents, draft leadership briefs, oversee task systems, and coordinate staffing/actions while preparing for engagements and providing strategic input.

This role requires 8+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong collaboration with senior leaders; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree).
• Minimum 8 years supporting large organizations or complex programs.
• Minimum 3 years of personnel management and experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint (including permissions management).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership in collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in service strategy, policy coordination, and operational planning.
• Review and analyze documents, prepare comments, and coordinate decision memoranda and legislative inputs.
• Oversee internal task management systems (WMS, ETMS2, JIRA) across the directorate.
• Draft and coordinate point papers for J9 leadership.
• Brief Directorate leaders weekly on priorities and task status.
• Prepare leadership for upcoming engagements and ensure deliverables are completed.
• Support development of cyber-related concepts of operation and doctrine.
• Serve as liaison to Division leadership to improve business processes and develop SOPs.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams and collaboration efforts.
• Compile staffing requirements and coordinate hiring actions.
• Support PMO data calls, monthly reporting, and forecasting activities.

Location: Columbia, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Required Experience
