You will coordinate purchasing, provide technical requirement inputs, and ensure timely delivery of items for government projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience using excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/customers.
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple team and project needs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with MilTech, MSU, and external personnel to procure supplies, goods, and services in accordance with guidelines for MilTech projects.
• Work with the MilTech contracting team to provide key technical requirements to purchase items.
• Function as lead for purchasing identified items for customer projects.
• Be responsible for receipt of items and verification of specifications and quality; complete required DOD documents if Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
• Communicate timelines for receipt of items to the project engineer/solutions engineer(s).
• Provide increasing technical project support and maintain project metrics, status reports, and contracts.
