Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of customer-facing experience managing cloud implementations or transformation programs.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with current polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities across multiple work streams with stakeholders focusing on cloud advisory, operations, and compliance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams as a customer advocate for new products and features benefiting government and education clients.
• Plan for customer events and launches with support to guide issues/escalations to resolution.
• Manage stakeholder relationships as trusted technical advisor and drive quarterly reviews.

Job description

Must be a US Citizen to meet customer and compliance requirements, including potential access to classified information.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in customer-facing role, managing cloud implementations or transformation programs that support launch or capacity planning, product release management, technical support, escalation management, or consulting.
• Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with current polygraph.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or Master’s degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
• Experience communicating complex concepts and influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders at varying levels within an organization.

US: $140000 - $204000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Lead technical activities across multiple work streams with key stakeholders or delivery partners that focus on cloud architectural advisory, operational excellence, and compliance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams as a customer advocate focused on new products, features, and bug fixes that benefit government and education customers.
• Partner with support, product engineering, and site reliability engineering to plan for customer events and launches, and work with customers and support to guide issues/escalations to resolution.
• Manage stakeholder relationships as trusted technical advisor, lead quarterly reviews, host executive sessions, and develop tactical plans that foster successful technical outcomes.
