SR. TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – REMOTE U. S. BASED

My client is a rapidly growing Cloud Networking business looking for a Technical Account Manager based in the United States. This is a remote position but work east coast hours. Occasional travel is required.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• 8+ years of pre-sales engineering, technical account management or consulting experience in cloud-based security services, networking or software-defined networks.
• Cloud certifications in AWS and/or Azure highly recommended.
• Experience driving critical customer issues to resolution by engaging support, cloud engineering or software engineering as needed.
• BE/BS in Communications and Electronics Engineering/Computer Engineering or their equivalent; MBA is a plus.
