Job summary

Engage Partners Inc. is seeking a technically skilled support professional to deliver world class service to customers using our fermentation-related products and services.

Responsibilities include diagnosing process issues, applying JMP analytics, presenting data, and communicating product benefits while maintaining high standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a bio-related field or 5 years' leadership experience in a starch fermentation industry or enzyme company.
  • Strong phone skills and professional demeanor.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; JMP analytics experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and drive to complete tasks on time.
  • Strong follow-up and follow-through abilities.
  • Travel up to 60-65% as needed.

Job description


  • Deliver world class service and support to customers using our company's Products and Services.

  • Be able to diagnose and resolve technical process issues involving fermentation, enzymes, optimization, and troubleshooting activities.

  • Must be willing to learn or have the skills already to properly and effectively use JMP analytical software systems when preparing data and presentations for customers and team.

  • Must be able to accurately read and develop graphs and charts to properly analyze and present fermentation data to customers and team.

  • Must be willing to learn or already have the knowledge of our products, and be able to properly convey their application benefits to our customers.

  • Research required information using all available resources.

  • Redirect certain problems to appropriate resources, understand all resources available to delineate issues and work for resolutions.

  • Stay current with product and industry information, communicate all changes and updates with all direct reports as necessary and or needed to provide world class customer support.

  • Participate in technical phones calls and meetings, and be able to clearly and affectively convey your ideas and messages.

  • Lead and prepare plant reviews for customers and be able to properly convey issues, suggestions and benefits.

  • Respond to emergencies with rapid response and calm can-do attitude to rectify the issue.

  • Demonstrate courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with customers, direct reports, the public and company staff; maintains confidentiality of work-related issues and company propriety information.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor's degree A MUST in a bio related field or 5 years' experience in a starch fermentation industry or enzyme company in a leadership role.

  • Proper phone skills and demeanor.

  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Master of MS Office Productivity tools. Experience with JMP analytics tool highly preferred.

  • Excellent multi-tasking capabilities and a drive for successful, timely completion of all tasking.

  • Superior follow up and follow through skills.

ADDITIONAL NOTES


  • Must be willing to travel up to 60-65% of the time.

  • Must be able to work in a lab environment.

  • Can wear all necessary PPE for Lab, Production, and Construction environments.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time on concrete surfaces.

  • Must be able to communicate and be highly functional in noisy environments
