Job summary

Naprotek LLC in San Jose, CA is seeking an in-process quality control technician focused on X-ray inspections to validate processes against IPC-610 specifications.

You will work closely with operations and quality teams, perform manual X-ray inspections, capture images, and help maintain a clean, safe work area while documenting defects and training others as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years X-ray experience may be required.
• Basic reading skills; must be able to follow directions.
• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills.
• Ability to perform work accurately with high attention to detail.
• Specific technical or vocational training or certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control per standards and safety procedures.

Job Purpose:

In-process quality control whose primary function is to perform Xray inspections. Works closely with operations & quality teams to validate processes and determine acceptability of products to customer and IPC-610 specifications.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
• Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
• Manual Xray inspection & generate Xray programs as required
• Image capturing and recording
• Provides training as needed to others
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Other duties as assigned by management
