Dority Roofing & Solar is seeking experienced journeyman roofers to install residential roofs across Carmel, Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley, Monterey, and Pacific Grove. Expect competitive pay and steady, year-round work on the beautiful Monterey Peninsula.

We value skilled installers with at least five years of roofing experience, a valid driver’s license, and a strong work ethic. English speakers welcome; Spanish-speaking crew members are common in our teams.

The work

We install custom residential roofing across Carmel, Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley, Monterey, and Pacific Grove.

We need real experience in:

• Slate Clay and concrete tile
• Wood shake
• Copper Standing seam metal
• Composition
• Waterproofing

Our office speaks English. Most of our crew speaks Spanish. If English is not your first language, no problem.
