Voltage Park, an enterprise AI factory, seeks a sharp Legal Counsel to join its lean legal team in San Francisco. You will own the commercial contracting process, drafting and negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, while aligning with Finance, Engineering, Sales, and Security.

Responsabilidades

• Lead drafting and negotiation of MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Serve as cross-functional liaison between Finance, Engineering, Sales, and Security.
• Support VP of Legal on governance and regulatory compliance projects.
