Qualifications

Undergraduate degree required.
Graduate degree preferred.
4–5 years of experience in Banking, Investment Banking, M&A, or Capital Markets.
Strong credit underwriting and corporate banking skills.
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and presentation development.
Excellent presentation and client communication skills (written and oral).
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and Series 63 licenses required within Fifth Third guidelines.

Responsibilities

Lead day‑to‑day execution of client coverage initiatives and live opportunities.
Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
Direct and quality‑control financial models and analyses.
Perform complex modeling and scenario analyses as needed.
Articulate key drivers, risks, and recommendations to senior bankers and clients.
Own diligence workflows and content readiness: ensure models, pitch materials, client updates, and prospecting materials are accurate, current, and aligned to strategy.
