Job summary
A leading consulting engineering firm in the United States is seeking a mid-level engineering associate to design technology systems for buildings. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering and at least three years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include creating and coordinating system designs, attending client meetings, and collaborating with team members. This role offers an annual salary between $110,000 and $140,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and flexible time off.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of discipline (telecom, structured cabling/low voltage) design experience.
EIT certification preferred; RCDD and PE are a plus.
Experience in datacenters or critical infrastructure facilities is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Learn the building design process and assist with fee development.
Prepare drawings, specifications, and design calculations.
Attend client meetings and document relevant decisions and discussions.
Assist with job site inspections and design systems per discipline.
