Job summary

CNA's Tech Summer Internship Program in Chicago invites undergraduates and first-year Master’s students in IT or business to join a 10-12 week training track.

You’ll work on hands-on projects, learn SAFe practices, and receive mentorship from CNA professionals. The program offers potential full-time placement upon graduation and a hybrid work model. Salary ranges from $35,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Must be a sophomore, junior or senior (undergraduate) or in first year of Master’s program pursuing a degree in Information Technology or Business-related field
• Minimum 3.00 GPA required (overall and major)
• Interest in the Insurance Industry
• Some previous work experience preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, and build positive business relationships
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

• Support SAFe framework learning and agile practice in real projects
• Collaborate with mentors and CNA practitioners on technology and business initiatives
