Job description

We Are:

We are Technology Strategy and Transformation (TS&T), and we design and execute industry-relevant reinventions that allow organizations to realize exceptional business value from technology. Our vision is to become the world’s leading advisors in harnessing technology and innovation as a force to reinvent and improve every business. As AI fundamentally reshapes how organizations compete, operate, and create value, we help leaders make the strategic technology choices required to turn new capabilities into enterprise advantage. Our mission is to help client business executives disrupt their industry and utilize technology to capture market share.

The Enterprise Architecture practice serves as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders by helping organizations define and implement the technology architectures that drive business value, manage complexity, and accelerate IT modernization. The rapid advancement of AI is fundamentally changing the pace and nature of that work by compressing transformation timelines, introducing new layers of architectural complexity, and pushing leaders to rethink how their technology estates are structured, governed, and evolved. Our practitioners must now extend beyond multi-year planning to architect solutions that learn, adapt, and scale alongside an ever-changing technology landscape. We help clients navigate this new reality by building a clear, business-driven vision of their target state architecture and developing practical roadmaps that account for both near-term AI opportunity and long-term structural resilience. Our Enterprise Architects bring industry‑leading principles and methods across technology, data and analytics, security, cloud, and platform architecture to shape the technology agenda and embed EA as a core enabler of business strategy. This includes helping clients integrate intelligent capabilities into their architecture practice, using AI to sharpen analysis, accelerate decisions, and future‑proof their technology foundations.

You Are:

A professional with a passion for leveraging emerging and leading‑edge enterprise architectures to power business and technology transformation. You are results‑oriented and self‑directed, with experience shaping, selling, and delivering strategic Enterprise Architecture engagements. You continually build your knowledge of emerging technology, AI, and architecture trends and apply them to develop innovative approaches that deliver client value. You have a flair for breaking down complex problems into logical parts and constructing analyses that lead to actionable recommendations. You bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, a natural ability to build relationships, and a collaborative approach to problem solving. As an Enterprise Architect you appreciate diverse perspectives and bring out the best in the teams around you. You have a strong aspiration to deepen your enterprise architecture expertise and play a meaningful role in the EA practice and the broader Accenture EA community.

In Enterprise Architecture you will:

  • Cultivate Accenture's role as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business strategy into enterprise architecture decisions that drive measurable value

  • Assess the impact of client business strategy on the architecture landscape across organization, information, infrastructure, and application domains, including where AI creates new capability opportunities or structural risk

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, operating models, and roadmaps

  • Lead the creation of architecture blueprints for complex technology environments, incorporating AI and intelligent capabilities as core architectural components

  • Evaluate the technology portfolio and identify opportunities to reuse, replace, or modernize architectural components to drive strategic value

  • Develop a deep understanding of industry dynamics and the impact of technology and AI trends to formulate recommended changes to existing enterprise architectures

  • Identify and define the EA capabilities, roles, and skills that position clients for long‑term architecture maturity in an AI‑enabled environment

  • Integrate AI‑driven tools and methods into architecture analysis and decision‑making to accelerate insight and improve the quality of client recommendations

  • Support sales and business development efforts, including contributing to proposal development and helping grow Accenture's EA presence across accounts

  • Navigate the Accenture global network and leverage relevant expertise to develop enterprise architecture insights and solutions

  • Lead large‑scale technology transformation programs that deliver measurable business value through the evolution and governance of enterprise architectures

    Responsibilities:

  • Lead a major workstream, owning delivery accountability and ensuring the quality and timeliness of team outputs

  • Coach junior team members through active feedback and deliverable reviews, building EA capability within the engagement team in support of leadership

  • Actively participate in Accenture's internal development programs, including new joiner buddying, internship mentoring, and community initiatives that reflect the firm's commitment to growing its people

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that extend beyond the workplace, cultivating the organic trust and personal rapport that drives long‑term client loyalty and commercial opportunity

  • Support the shaping, selling, and delivering of strategic Enterprise Architecture opportunities, contributing to proposal development and account growth

  • Engage with strategic partner ecosystem providers to inform and strengthen client architecture recommendations

  • Drive development of thought leadership, assets, and offerings that present innovative insights and recommendations on market‑relevant Enterprise Architecture topics, including the intersection of AI and enterprise architecture strategy

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
