Job summary

Orchestra offers a Spring 2027 Fellowship in the Technology practice for recent graduates. Fellows will gain hands-on exposure to strategic communications, public affairs, brand storytelling, and agency operations within a fast-paced environment.

Location is hybrid across New York, NY; Waltham, MA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA or San Diego, CA, with a minimum three days in the office per week. Compensation is $24/hour and potential for permanent opportunities exists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduating before start date.
• Strong writing, research, analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Digital fluency and eagerness to learn new platforms.
• Strong interest in communications, marketing, public affairs, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and monitor industry, market, and media trends.
• Draft content, reports, presentations, and communications materials.
• Support client and internal projects from planning through execution.
• Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, client calls, and events.
• Collaborate across teams on integrated initiatives.
• Gain exposure to strategic communications, public affairs, and agency operations in a fast-paced environment.
