Job summary

Staples, Inc. in Bedford, NH is hiring Sales Specialists to provide exceptional customer service, help customers find total solutions in-store and through the kiosk, and join a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

You’ll learn about technology products, stay current on offerings, respond to requests on the sales floor, and support the Tech department in achieving key metrics while being flexible with duties such as cashiering, merchandising, and returns.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Collaborate in a high paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a calm, cooperative manner.
• Be honest and maintain integrity with customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 pounds, climb ladders, stand and walk.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inviting environment for customers as you learn their tech and needs.
• Stay current on technology products, offerings and services to offer a total solution.
• Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests on the sales floor.
• Ensure the Tech department achieves key metrics, including profitable sales.
• Be flexible on responsibilities (cashier, merchandising, returns, other duties).
