Evlo AI is seeking a skilled SEO & SEM lead to own the end-to-end organic and paid search strategy, driving high-intent traffic and scalable customer acquisition in a tech environment. You will collaborate with content, product, and growth teams to optimize site architecture, technical SEO, and paid spend.

The role requires hands-on experience managing enterprise SEO and high-budget SEM campaigns, deep knowledge of search algorithms, and proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, and Google

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise SEO and high-budget SEM campaigns in a B2B or B2C tech environment.
• Deep technical expertise in search engine algorithms, site migration best practices, structured data, and crawl budget optimization.
• Advanced proficiency with industry tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and GA4.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data sets into actionable optimization strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Bonus: Experience with programmatic SEO, Python for marketing automation, or international search campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute technical and on-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and site visibility.
• Manage and optimize paid search (SEM) campaigns across Google Ads and Bing to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC.
• Conduct exhaustive keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap evaluations to inform editorial calendars.
• Partner with web development teams to resolve technical SEO blockers, page speed issues, and indexing errors.
• Build comprehensive dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, and SEMrush to report on traffic, rankings, and pipeline attribution.
• Design and execute continuous A/B testing frameworks for PPC landing pages, ad copy, and meta tags.
