The role offers an initial $15/hour during 30 days of training, then base pay plus uncapped commissions. Typical earnings range from $25–$30+ per hour, with many earning $50k+ in the first year.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in performance-based compensation environments (nice to have).
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and recommend solutions.
• Tech-savvy, goal-driven, and motivated to deliver results.

Responsibilities
