Cellular World, an AT&T Authorized Retailer in Virginia Beach, seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select wireless plans, devices and entertainment bundles, and to drive monthly sales objectives. You will guide shoppers through products like wearables, tablets, accessories, and protection plans while delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

This full-time role offers a base pay plus commissions and bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail sales is helpful but not required; training provided.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle peak hours.
• Willingness to attend promotional events outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Build total solutions to meet monthly sales objectives.
