Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a part-time Sales Consultant in Idaho Falls to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will drive sales, share product knowledge, and connect guests with the right technology while representing the Victra brand with integrity and enthusiasm.

The role supports a fast-paced retail environment, with evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts common. Prior retail or customer service experience is valued, and candidates must be legally eligible to

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
