Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate in a high paced environment and manage conflict.
• Must be able to lift/move materials in the 10–50 pound range and stand/walk continuously.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor and in-store to find total solutions.
• Stay current on technology products, offerings and services to provide a complete solution.
• Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns.
• Be flexible with responsibilities such as cashier, merchandising, returns, and other duties as assigned.
• Contribute to meeting profitable sales metrics for the Tech department.
