Job summary

Staples, Dedham, MA, is hiring Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and through the kiosk. You’ll help customers find total solutions while contributing to a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

Hiring immediately with training provided and flexible part-time hours. Compensation is in the $15.90–$16.15/hour range, with weekly pay and a range of benefits including associate discounts, 401(k) with company match, and dental/vision insurance.

Qualifications

• A flexible schedule is required based on store needs.
• Ability to engage customers and understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflict in a calm, cooperative manner.
• Honesty and integrity in handling customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 pounds, climb ladders, stand and walk for long periods.
• Preferred: experience selling products or services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in-store and via kiosk.
• Create a positive, inviting environment for customers.
• Learn tech and overall customer needs to offer total solutions.
• Respond quickly to customer requests on the sales floor.
• Ensure the Tech department achieves key metrics and profitable sales.
• Flexibly perform cashier, merchandising, returns and other duties.
