Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our on-site store team in Kentucky. You’ll use technology passion and customer service to generate retail sales, uncover customer needs, and present complete, top-down solutions.

You’ll grow through training, handle outbound outreach to existing customers, and participate in community events to expand the customer base. Compensation includes base pay plus commissions; benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to expand Verizon's network.
• Learn customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside of the store at Verizon-sponsored events.
