GP Mobile in Charlotte is looking for Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) to become brand ambassadors for T-Mobile. In this role, you will bring the brand to life by assisting customers in their shopping journey, providing technology demonstrations, and selling personalized solutions. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service and at least 6 months of sales experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with their shopping journey.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology.
• Sell personalized solutions to customers' needs.
• Use digital tools for service demonstrations.
• Complete training on in-store experience.
