Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is hiring a part-time Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service in-store. You will guide guests through the latest technology, explain benefits, and help create the ultimate in-store experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.

We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average of $12.50 to $24.22 , combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.

Employees in some states, as required by their state's law, will accrue and may roll-over sick time.

What we're looking for...

• High school diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
