HP Retail Sales Associate sought by 2020 Companies to drive product demonstrations at Best Buy in Fayetteville, AR. You will engage customers, demonstrate HP products, and tailor demos to meet customer needs while building rapport with store staff and management.

Role offers up to 15 hours weekly, weekend preference, paid training online, and a weekly performance bonus. Eligible for $25/month technology reimbursement and daily pay options.

• Be a problem-solving, tech-savvy enthusiast.

• Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training.
• Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• 1-year job experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggests products to fit those needs.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
