Best Buy in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of Best Buy for customers visiting our stores. You’ll learn the skills to confidently recommend the right tech products and services to meet each person’s unique needs.

Welcome customers, demo products, answer questions, process purchases and returns, keep shelves stocked, and support curbside pickup. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
